Spa Policy
RESERVATIONS

We recommend booking appointments in advance to receive your preferred date and time for your services.

New clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out a brief medical history form.

We require a credit card and phone number at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. The credit card will not be charged at booking, but it will be charged in the case of a late cancellation or no show.
CANCELLATION POLICY

At least a 24-hour notice is expected for cancellations, failure to do so will result in a fee equal to 50% of the missed service to be charged to the credit card on file.

Failure to show for an appointment or SAME day cancellations will result in a FULL Payment of the service.

For the relaxation, respect and privacy of all clients, we ask that you arrive alone for your appointment, without any guest or children.
Payment & Gratuity

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you are pleased with the Spa services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your therapist in cash or on a credit card.
